Shipping Information:

Orders generally will ship within one business day after the receipt of order. Customers will be promptly notified of any backordered items and expected ship date. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail - which ever method we determine to be most feasible - with delivery made in an average of 3 to 5 business days.

International Shipping:

We ship Priority International Mail with delivery in 6-10 business days. All duties and fees thru customs are the reponsibility of the customer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt but must be in the original condition for full refund of the item price or for an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable; however, you will not be charged new shipping costs on exchanges. To ensure a prompt return/exchange process: complete the return form included with your order, re-package the merchandise in the original packaging if possible, and send your return to us via the best means possible with you as the customer responsible for the return shipping charge. What are the shipping charges? There is a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping and handling per orders shipped within the United States. Express shipments have a shipping rate of $24.95. For international shipments, the flat shipping rate is $24.95. Any duty or taxes due on international shipments will be payable by the customer. If any items are shipped separately due to being backordered, there will not be an additional charge.

Will sales tax be added to my order? Orders shipped to Wisconsin residents will have 5.5% sales tax applied to the order.
