How soon will my order ship?
Orders generally will ship within two business days after the receipt of order. Customers will be promptly notified of any backordered items and expected ship date.
How will my order ship?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery made in an average of 2 to 3 business days. International orders are shipped via Global Priority or Express mail.
What are the shipping charges?
There is a flat rate of $6 for shipping and handling per orders shipped within the United States. For international shipments, there will be additional shipping charged at the time of shipment. Any duty or taxes due on international shipments will be payable by the customer. If any items are shipped separately due to being backordered, there will not be an additional charge.
Will sales tax be added to my order?
Orders shipped to Wisconsin residents will have 5.5% sales tax applied to the order.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt but must be in the original condition for full refund of the item price or for an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable; however, you will not be charged new shipping costs on exchanges.
To ensure a prompt return/exchange process:
- Contact us via e-mail at knitkits@myknitch.com for return instructions.
- Re-package the merchandise in the original packaging if possible.
- Send your return to us via the best means possible with you as the customer responsible for the return shipping charge.
- Refunds will be granted in the original form of payment and will be processed as soon as the merchandise reaches us.
- An e-mail will be sent when the process is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA and Mastercard online. Your charge will be listed from B. Wares & Company on your credit card statement. We also accept checks, but your order will not ship until the check has been received.

My Knitch provides a secure site for online transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted for safe, secure online purchasing. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online information transmitted to us.
