Aqua Velvet Knitting Pattern by Monkeysuits

This is a unisex cabled double-breasted cardigan with a matching cotton striped hat. The cardigan is knit in Crystal Palace cotton chenille, and the hat in Tahki Cotton Classic with chenille tassels and stitching. For those who don't think boys should wear chenille, this sweater can also be knit up nicely in a chunky wool. The hat is very easily knit up in 2 pieces-- a big rectangle for the striped portion, and a solid square for the top.
